Job Title: Sales Executive – Mechanical Products & Solutions

Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Executive to manage and grow our customer base by building strong relationships and driving sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers through meetings, calls, and emails.

  • Manage and expand current and new accounts in the designated sales territory.

  • Drive company revenue and achieve sales targets through strategic sales initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and prospecting activities for performance analysis.

  • Enhance the company’s reputation by engaging with potential clients both in-person and remotely.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand products/services and create effective promotional strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong ability to convert leads into customers and contribute to revenue growth.

  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, management, and internal teams.

  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to deliver personalized sales pitches.

  • Proven ability to drive sales through effective presentations and modern communication channels.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in sales.

  • Nationality: Indian.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Age: 25-30 years.

  • Career Level: Entry-level.
