Sales Engineer



Mensha Energy Solutions, a leading provider of sustainable energy solutions, is looking for a Sales Engineer to join their team in Dubai. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving business growth in the EV charging, green energy, and electrical equipment sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate project leads and promptly respond to inquiries.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals in coordination with the sales support team.
- Review offers to ensure compliance with specifications, SLD, and BOQ.
- Conduct technical discussions with consultants, contractors, and facility management teams.
- Register companies with various entities and promote awareness of new technologies.
- Perform value engineering studies to optimize solutions based on client budgets.
- Develop pricing strategies for electrical systems in projects.
- Prepare pre-qualification documents and material submittals per project specifications.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams for site evaluations and contractor quotes.
- Deliver in-depth product demonstrations and presentations at industry events.
- Identify potential customers and maintain a structured sales schedule.
- Analyze market trends, compile sales engineering reports, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Regularly report sales progress and project updates to management.
- Contribute to team brainstorming sessions for market feedback analysis and business strategy improvements.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (B-Tech / BE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- 2 to 3 years of sales experience in EV charging, green energy, sustainable energy, or electrical equipment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of pricing strategies, value engineering, and electrical systems.
- Experience in client relationship management and business development.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions.
