Sales Engineer – Maintenance

A reputable Abu Dhabi-based company, recognized as a leader in fire protection solutions, delivering high-quality services in design, installation, and testing of fire detection, firefighting, and emergency lighting systems.

🛠️ Job Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by promoting Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), fit-out, refurbishment, and repair services.

• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, consultants, developers, and contractors.

• Conduct presentations, attend networking events, site visits, and client meetings to identify leads and close deals.

• Ensure that all contracts comply with Civil Defense (CD) and NFPA standards.

• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of maintenance contracts.

• Address technical queries and resolve customer concerns professionally.

• Keep records of client communications, generate regular sales reports, and ensure timely payment collections.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:

• Male candidates, Indian nationality preferred, aged 40 years or below

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• 4-5 years of UAE-based experience in fire protection system sales or maintenance

• Must possess a valid UAE driving license

• Strong communication and client handling skills

• Familiarity with fire protection codes and safety standards in the UAE
