Job Title: Sales Engineer – Industrial Automation Solutions

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer with 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales, specifically in the domains of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and drives within the UAE’s Industrial Automation solutions sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development, generating leads, fostering client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth in the infrastructure and industrial automation industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand business opportunities within the Industrial Automation, water, and infrastructure industries.
• Create, present, and deliver proposals, quotations, and persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
• Explain and effectively showcase technical solutions to end-users, addressing their specific needs.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and targets.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of products, their applications, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the UAE, with a focus on Industrial Automation solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
• Technical expertise in VFDs, starters, and motor control centers.
• Proven track record of generating leads and successfully closing deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while achieving set targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Zoho Books.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 6,000 to 14,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
• Company-provided phone with a SIM card and laptop for professional use.
