Sales Engineer – ESCO


Emirates Electrical Engineering LLC, part of Al Rostamani Group, is looking for a Sales Engineer – ESCO to drive energy efficiency and sustainability projects. The role involves identifying potential clients, developing business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to implement energy efficiency solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and present tailored energy efficiency solutions for commercial and industrial clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships and effectively communicate technical solutions.
- Negotiate contracts with a win-win approach, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and analysts for successful project execution.
- Monitor industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.
- Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
- Experience: 3-5 years in sales/business development within energy services or ESCO industry.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of energy efficiency solutions and renewable energy technologies.
- Experience in HVAC engineering, building controls, and management systems.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple sales pipelines.
