🏢 About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Engineer with strong technical expertise in lighting and automation for project-based sales. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in LED lighting solutions, strong project execution skills, and a proven ability to generate and manage client accounts across government and private sectors.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new project leads in the lighting and automation space.

• Possess deep technical knowledge of LED lighting systems including indoor, outdoor, façade, architectural, and industrial lighting.

• Manage end-to-end project execution from technical consultation to delivery and post-sales support.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients by visiting regularly and identifying their current and future requirements.

• Track and respond to tender opportunities across government, semi-government, and private sectors.

• Evaluate tender documents, prepare competitive quotations, and coordinate approvals with Sales Manager/General Manager before submission.

• Provide accurate and timely technical documentation, design inputs, and BOQs.

• Utilize Dialux and AutoCAD tools to deliver high-quality lighting designs and simulations.

✅ Candidate Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in lighting sales for projects within the UAE or GCC region.

• Strong technical knowledge in lighting systems, automation, and energy-efficient solutions.

• Experience with Dialux, AutoCAD, and lighting simulation software is essential.

• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage sales pipelines, and close high-value deals.

• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
