The role focuses on driving sales and orders for Service Retrofit business while maintaining a strong pipeline through SFDC (Salesforce) management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for replacement projects, energy studies, and ROI calculations related to HVAC solutions, including Chillers, Pumps, Cooling Towers, and VRF systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and order generation for HVAC Service Retrofit business.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline (5x target) and manage pipeline via SFDC (Salesforce CRM).
• Conduct energy studies and ROI calculations to drive equipment replacement.
• Develop expertise in HVAC Plant Room Solutions, including Chillers, Pumps, and Cooling Towers, as well as light commercial equipment like Package Units, Ducted Splits, and VRF systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Fresh graduates with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Self-motivated, team player, and result-driven with excellent communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and sales skills.
• UAE National (Emirati) candidates only.
