Juma Al Majid Holding Group L.L.C is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive sales of Air Compressors, Diesel Generators, Access Platforms, Light Construction Equipment, and Diesel Forklifts from brands like Denair, GPS, Green Power, JLG, and Husqvarna across Dubai & Northern Emirates. The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, market research, and post-sales service to maintain and expand market share.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Sales & Business Development:
✔ Promote and sell industrial and construction equipment to private companies, government departments, and individuals.
✔ Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and cold calls.
✔ Maintain technical expertise on company products and effectively present them to potential clients.

📊 Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
✔ Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
✔ Keep the Line Manager informed on market conditions, sales performance, and potential business improvements.

🤝 Customer Relationship & Support:
✔ Act as a liaison between clients and the Service Department to ensure customer satisfaction.
✔ Encourage customers to opt for service/maintenance contracts post-sales.
✔ Follow up on outstanding payments and escalate issues to management when necessary.

📑 Reporting & Meetings:
✔ Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on customer visits, inquiry logs, and quotation status.
✔ Participate in weekly sales meetings to discuss performance and strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

✅ Education & Experience:
✔ B.Sc in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical).
✔ 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales of Industrial, Construction, and Material Handling Equipment.
