ONIKO Middle East is seeking a Sales Engineer with experience in Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) sales within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in sales related to elevators, escalators, CCTV, HVAC, or similar sectors. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company’s client base.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow AMC sales.
✅ Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the construction industry.
✅ Present and promote elevator, escalator, CCTV, and HVAC services to potential customers.
✅ Negotiate contracts and ensure customer satisfaction.
✅ Prepare and submit proposals, quotes, and reports.
✅ Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

🔹 Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in elevators, escalators, CCTV, or HVAC sales.
🔹 Strong background in Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) sales.
🔹 Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
🔹 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
🔹 Valid UAE Driving License is required.
