Holford Facilities Management LLC, a leading provider of integrated facilities management solutions in Dubai, is looking for a Sales Engineer to join their growing team. This full-time, on-site role is focused on developing business opportunities in the fit-out and facilities management sectors, delivering tailored technical solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales within the industry, strong technical knowledge, and a proven ability to exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fit-out and facilities management sectors.

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and developers.

  • Prepare and deliver impactful technical presentations and proposals.

  • Conduct site visits, assess client requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.

  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure feasibility and client satisfaction.

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to successfully close deals.

  • Keep updated with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to contribute to overall business growth.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in fit-out and/or facilities management.

  • Strong knowledge of technical aspects of fit-out projects, MEP systems, and FM services.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and business growth.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and build lasting professional relationships.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.

  • Valid UAE driver’s license with willingness to travel as required.
