Job Title: Sales Engineer
Job Description:
We are looking for a results-oriented and technically proficient Sales Engineer with a solid background in welding and fabrication to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in industrial B2B sales and is passionate about delivering customized solutions to clients across sectors like construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, and infrastructure.
As a Sales Engineer, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and work closely with internal engineering and production teams to provide accurate, cost-effective, and timely project proposals.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within key industries

Meet with clients to understand technical project requirements

Offer tailored welding and fabrication solutions based on client needs

Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals

Collaborate with internal teams to generate accurate cost estimates and timelines

Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet sales targets

Maintain long-term client relationships and provide after-sales support

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategy

Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field

2–5 years of experience in industrial sales, welding, or fabrication services

In-depth knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC), fabrication methods, and materials
-
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms such as Zoho or Salesforce
-
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
-
Valid UAE driving license preferred (if location or client visits require it)
