The company is currently seeking a Sales Engineer to join its dynamic team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role requires a motivated and technically proficient individual capable of driving the entire sales cycle, managing key accounts, and expanding the customer base within the industrial and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial client engagement to deal closure.

  • Develop and manage relationships with key accounts and prospect new clients in assigned sectors.

  • Conduct regular business development activities to grow existing accounts and capture new opportunities.

  • Engage with engineers and technical managers to understand project requirements and recommend suitable products.

  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of product offerings to support customer consultations effectively.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and report regularly on sales performance and activity.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, leads, and sales opportunities.

  • Represent AABTools professionally in all external interactions and uphold the company’s values and brand reputation.

  • Execute all sales activities with the utmost professionalism, ethics, and customer focus.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 2–4 years of proven sales experience in the construction or industrial sectors.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle objections tactfully and present effective solutions.

  • Energetic, driven, and results-oriented.

  • Must possess a valid UAE driver’s license and be open to frequent client visits.
