This full-time, on-site role is ideal for candidates with technical expertise and a strong sales orientation who are passionate about delivering tailored solutions in the sports, equine, and play equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their technical and commercial requirements.

• Provide technical support and engineering expertise during the sales process.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions for clients.

• Support project execution from pre-sales through to post-sales maintenance.

• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Contribute to the preparation of technical proposals and presentations.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships in the sports and leisure infrastructure domain.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales engineering and technical support roles.

• Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage projects and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Familiarity with the sports, equine, and leisure infrastructure industry is a strong advantage.

• Proficiency in problem-solving, project execution, and client engagement.
