Job Title: Sales Engineer 

Job Description:

We are hiring a driven and experienced Sales Engineer – Fire Protection Maintenance to join a leading fire safety solutions provider in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the maintenance division by pursuing AMC contracts, fit-out, and repair services while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to grow the maintenance division and meet sales targets

• Identify and pursue opportunities for AMC, refurbishment, fit-out, and repair services

• Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, developers, consultants, and contractors

• Conduct meetings, presentations, site visits, and networking activities to generate new leads

• Ensure all contracts are compliant with CD regulations and NFPA standards

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of maintenance contracts

• Provide effective technical solutions to client issues and concerns

• Maintain detailed sales records, prepare forecasts, and follow up on payment collections

Job Details:

• Position Title: Sales Engineer – Maintenance

Qualifications:

• Gender: Male

• Nationality: Indian

• Age: 40 years and below

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in UAE fire protection system sales

• License: Valid UAE Driving License required

• Location: Must be residing in the United Arab Emirates
