Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead our sales operations and market expansion within the Facilities & Property Management sector. Key Responsibilities

  • Set clear KPIs and performance metrics, tracking progress and ensuring accountability.

🤝 Client Relationship Management & Partnerships

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.

  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
  • Strengthen the company’s market positioning and brand visibility in the property management sector.
  • Develop partnerships with corporate clients, developers, and real estate firms to drive business growth.

Candidate Requirements

📌 Experience & Skills:

  • 8-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably within facilities or property management.
  • Strong expertise in sales strategy, business development, and revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills to secure high-value contracts.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
