About the Client

A leading investment group in Dubai engaged in construction, engineering, and industrial sectors.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop & execute strategic sales plans to align with the company’s growth goals and market trends.

• Lead, mentor, and drive the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

• Identify key markets, industries, and clients for business expansion.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their needs effectively.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.

• Utilize CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM) for sales tracking and reporting.

Requirements

• Open to Arabic speakers

• Male, 53 years old and below

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing

• 10+ years of UAE sales experience with a proven track record of success in construction, events, or related industries.

• Strong understanding of UAE, MENA, and African markets.

• Valid UAE driving license is required.
