Canonical, a global software company and the publisher of Ubuntu, is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team remotely in Dubai. This role involves inbound lead handling, outbound sales campaigns, market research, and collaboration with sales & marketing teams to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
  • Execute outbound sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Attend global events and conferences, engaging with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive results.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Generate a multi-million pound sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate lead tracking and account mapping.
  • Help define sales processes and policies for the team.
