Role Overview:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a fully remote role responsible for qualifying inbound leads, conducting initial outreach, and supporting the sales team in converting interest into opportunities. The SDR plays a key role in building strong client relationships and ensuring a smooth handoff to Sales Managers and Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and website sign-ups.

Qualify prospects through discovery calls and initial outreach.

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

Book meetings and demos for Sales Managers and Account Executives.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are properly managed and followed up.
Skills & Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in sales, lead qualification, or customer-facing roles.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience handling inbound inquiries and qualifying prospects.

Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to meet targets.

Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
