🎯 Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) fluent in Arabic and French to join our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential LinkedIn customers and will play a vital role in building lasting business relationships and delivering customer value. As an SDR, you’ll be coached through LinkedIn’s Sales Academy, offering an excellent pathway into tech sales and beyond.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Qualify leads and initiate customer relationships through clear and strategic communication.

Engage in LinkedIn Sales Academy training to develop your professional sales skills.

Work closely with Account Executives to build pipelines and grow customer bases.

Use LinkedIn tools and insights to prioritize accounts and drive meaningful conversations.

Take calculated risks and recommend process improvements.

Participate in 1:1 coaching sessions and team mentoring for ongoing skill development.

Consistently aim to exceed performance targets while upholding LinkedIn’s values and culture.
🎓 Required Qualifications

Minimum 12 months of experience in sales, lead generation, or a target-driven role.

Fluent in Arabic and French; professional proficiency in English.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
💼 Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SaaS, CRM platforms, or technology-driven sales environments.
