Job Title: Sales & Customer Relations Coordinator

Job Description:

Hyundai Lighting is looking for a dynamic Sales & Customer Relations Coordinator with proven experience in the lighting or electrical industry. This role is essential in supporting our sales team and maintaining exceptional customer experiences post-sale. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with a solid understanding of project tenders, technical documentation, and sales coordination processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate sales quotations and process orders efficiently.

• Maintain well-organized sales documentation and ensure timely communication.

• Coordinate with logistics, finance, and warehouse teams for smooth order fulfillment.

• Monitor open quotations and proactively follow up to convert them into sales.

• Use CRM/ERP systems to manage customer records and sales activities.

• Serve as the primary post-sale contact, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Handle service requests and warranty claims, coordinating with technical support teams.

• Provide timely updates on service status, replacements, and issue resolutions.

• Gather customer feedback to enhance service quality and business processes.

• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

Technical & Tender Support:

• Assist in the preparation and submission of project tenders and related documents.

• Create material submittals, datasheets, and technical documentation.

• Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and aligned with project standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or aftersales roles

• Hands-on experience in the lighting or electrical industry preferred

• English fluency required; Arabic is a plus
