Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Social Media Specialist to drive online engagement and sales for our consumer electronics brand. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital marketing, content creation, and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.

• Create compelling content, including graphics, videos, and captions, to promote products and boost sales.

• Manage daily social media postings and maintain consistent brand messaging.

• Monitor industry trends and integrate them into marketing campaigns.

• Engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and build an active online community.

• Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing with in-store promotions.

• Track and analyze social media performance, providing insights for improvement.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools to enhance marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

• Strong content creation skills (graphics, video editing, and copywriting).

• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and engagement strategies.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
