Sales Coordinator

Sichem, a subsidiary of Mazrui International, specializes in manufacturing and toll blending specialty oilfield chemicals.
Job Objective:
The Sales Coordinator will assist the sales team in managing daily operations, including order processing, invoicing, customer coordination, and administrative support. The role requires close collaboration with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue quotations to customers following company guidelines.
- Follow up on quotations, communicate with customers, and secure purchase orders.
- Process customer purchase orders, verifying them against quotations and pricing.
- Coordinate customer product and delivery requirements with the production and logistics teams.
- Generate and dispatch invoices accurately and on time.
- Obtain and track customer forecasts for material requirements, sharing insights with the sales team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to queries related to quotations, urgent deliveries, product samples, and technical documentation.
- Liaise with the finance department for customer code creation, record updates, and invoice processing.
- Follow up on collections to ensure timely payments from customers.
- Maintain accurate and confidential sales records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage work efficiently to meet daily operational demands.
- Participate in relevant training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to HR and QHSE policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the company’s sustainability initiatives.

Academic Qualifications:
