We are hiring Sales Coordinators with experience in the electrical and switchgear industry for our operations in Dubai and Ajman. If you’re a proactive communicator with strong coordination skills and a sales-driven mindset, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research on building materials and assess customer needs across various construction stages

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities via cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide administrative support to the sales team

• Maintain daily sales records and track customer interactions

• Handle sales documentation: Proforma invoices, tax invoices, delivery notes, and payment receipts

• Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics and ensure timely dispatch

• Collaborate with internal teams to support the end-to-end sales process

• Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events

• Prepare sales performance reports for management review

• Handle phone-based negotiations, objections, and client issues

• Support marketing initiatives and build strong customer relationships

• Heavy coordination required via phone throughout the day

Requirements:

• 2–8 years of experience in sales coordination

• Prior experience in electrical and switchgear industry is mandatory

• Excellent communication and phone coordination skills

• Familiarity with sales documentation and CRM tools

• Nationality preferred: Indian, Nepali, Sri Lankan

• Education: Intermediate school or bachelor’s in relevant field

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
