Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to maintain and expand relationships with existing customers while exploring new opportunities. The role involves sales operations, client interaction, and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Customer Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers through meetings, calls, and emails.
• Ensure timely brand awareness and product offerings to customers.

🔹 Sales & Business Development

• Manage and expand accounts assigned by the manager.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company objectives.
• Analyze sales prospects and maintain accurate records of all sales activities.

🔹 Operational & Coordination Tasks

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize SAP & Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management.
• Support the sales team with daily retail operations.

Requirements:

✔ Education: High School Diploma or higher.
✔ Experience: Minimum 2 years in automotive retail operations.
✔ Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP & Microsoft Excel.
• Strong sales operations & coordination skills.
  ✔ Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Arabic.
  ✔ Nationality: Saudi National (preferred).
