Are you passionate about wellness and education? The Holistic Academy is seeking a Student Enrollment Advisor to join our team. As a key player in our growth, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into enrolled students, driving engagement with potential clients, and delivering a human-centered experience that aligns with our wellness-focused mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Conversion: Engage with warm leads generated from various campaigns, events, and inquiries to convert them into enrolled students.

• Consultative Selling: Actively listen to prospective students to understand their needs, goals, and challenges. Present course options, pricing, accreditations, and the value proposition clearly and persuasively.

• Objection Handling: Confidently address concerns and objections, guiding prospects to informed enrollment decisions.

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets to drive revenue.

• CRM Management: Maintain detailed records in the CRM system (e.g., ActiveCampaign) to track interactions and follow-up tasks.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to align on campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years in sales, telesales, or admissions (experience in the education or wellness sector is preferred).

• Track Record: Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.

• Communication Skills: Strong phone communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

• Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

• CRM Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM tools in a fast-paced environment.

• Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.

Salary:

• AED 5,000 to 8,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).

• Additional performance bonus based on results.
