Job Description:

Urban Rattan is seeking a dynamic and energetic Sales Consultant to guide clients in selecting high-end outdoor terrace furniture and accessories. The ideal candidate will have a passion for furniture and design, strong sales acumen, and the ability to generate and nurture leads. You will work closely with the Sales Director to achieve revenue targets while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions.

• Generate and nurture leads through various channels to drive sales.

• Manage the sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and follow up effectively.

• Identify key decision-makers and tailor sales strategies to convert leads.

• Collaborate with functional departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

• Handle administrative tasks during downtime, including maintaining sales records.

• Stay updated on industry trends to provide expert guidance to clients.
