Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Consultant with a passion for data, business intelligence, and ETL solutions to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This role requires a tech-savvy sales professional who can provide strategic presales support, demonstrate complex data solutions, and drive successful customer acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

📊 Sales & Technical Consulting

• Work with prospect data to deliver engaging product demonstrations.

• Provide strategic presales support, including needs analysis, data review, and proof-of-concept execution.

• Act as the primary technical contact for enterprise deals involving complex data and ETL processes.

• Educate and train the sales team on Bragona Scalabby’s products and solutions.

💡 Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

• Communicate effectively with prospects via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.

• Guide customers through the evaluation and selection process.

• Provide proactive support to ensure customer success and repeat business.

• Advocate for customers and liaise with product management and development teams.

🚀 Growth & Innovation

• Stay updated on emerging data technologies, BI trends, and ETL tools.

• Continuously refine sales strategies and contribute to sales enablement efforts.

• Support strategic proof-of-concepts and technical evaluations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales and technical support processes.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Computer Science, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or similar).
✔ 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering / Sales Consulting.
✔ 3+ years of experience in business intelligence & data transformation.
✔ Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Data Integrator, Data Transformation Services, etc.).
✔ Strong technical skills with the ability to simplify complex data concepts for clients.
✔ Detail-oriented and highly organized, ensuring accurate execution of technical sales processes.
✔ Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive problem solver.
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
