Apparel Group is looking for a Sales Associate to join its retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, boosting sales performance, and maintaining visual merchandising standards in-store.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Customer Service:

• Greet customers and assist in selecting products.
• Convert window shoppers into buyers.
• Promote Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat business.
• Follow the company’s GUEST sales model (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).

✅ Merchandising & Store Operations:

• Ensure proper product display and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain inventory records for stock inward & outward.
• Handle POS transactions, including cash, credit cards, refunds, and vouchers.
• Ensure adherence to loss prevention policies and maintain security awareness.

✔️ Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-focused.
✔️ Willing to work extended hours during sales periods.
✔️ Basic knowledge of handling billing counters & cash tills.
✔️ Flexible to work in varied shifts as per business needs.
