adidas is seeking a Sales Associate to join their team in Dubai. The role focuses on driving store sales and achieving performance targets while ensuring excellent customer service. As a Sales Associate, you’ll be responsible for executing store operations, maintaining visual merchandising, supporting your team members, and training others on product knowledge. You will also act as a Brand Ambassador and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. The position requires a passion for the brand and customer engagement, along with strong leadership and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of sales and KPI targets, using store resources to exceed goals.

Identify sales improvement opportunities and communicate them to store management.

Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a role model for your team.

Train team members on service skills and brand/product knowledge.

Process merchandise deliveries and ensure proper store replenishment.

Maintain Visual Merchandising and in-store communication standards.

Collaborate with team members and support them when needed.

Complete applicable training programs and seek opportunities for personal growth.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Relationship-building and leadership qualities.

Advanced product knowledge and customer service experience.
Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years in a retail team leadership role in sports/fashion.

Fluency in English, with Arabic/Russian/Chinese as a plus.

Flexibility to work across the UAE.
