Responsibilities:

• Champion top-tier customer service standards in line with company guidelines

• Address customer concerns professionally and escalate when required

• Achieve and exceed sales targets using upselling and cross-selling techniques

• Maintain a clean, tidy, and fully stocked store environment

• Ensure compliance with store security and loss prevention protocols

• Use advanced selling techniques to generate high-value sales

• Help customers find suitable products across MAF brands when items are unavailable in-store

• Deliver a memorable and seamless customer experience through product knowledge and friendly service

Requirements:

• High school certificate

• 1–2 years of experience in a retail sales or customer service role

• Good communication skills and a passion for customer service
