Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service in line with company guidelines

• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly

• Achieve and exceed sales targets using creative methods

• Upsell and cross-sell to enhance sales and customer satisfaction

• Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, tidiness, and product replenishment

• Adhere to security policies to minimize stock loss

• Support other Majid Al Futtaim stores when necessary

Qualifications:

• High School Certificate

• 1-2 years of experience in retail or similar industry

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
