Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture products.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, organization, and stock replenishment.
• Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Use advanced selling techniques to drive high-value transactions and repeat business.
• Assist customers in finding related products from other Majid Al Futtaim brands.
• Comply with store security policies to minimize stock loss.

Key Requirements:

• High school certificate or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
