Job Overview

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, promote investment solutions, and provide expert insights on stock market trends. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients to promote investment solutions and trading services.

• Offer expert guidance on stock market trends and investment strategies.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.

• Assist clients in understanding and efficiently using our investment platforms.

• Collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue targets.

• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients and management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in financial services or investment sectors.

• Strong understanding of stock market concepts and investment strategies.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

• Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic, Persian, Turkish, or other languages is a plus).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to build long-term client relationships and provide exceptional service.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 2,500 – 5,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).

• Additional Benefits: Working visa, health insurance, high commissions, and performance-based bonuses.
