Job Title: Sales Associate – Client Engagement & Retention
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Associate to connect with existing and potential clients, enhance customer retention, and contribute to the company’s revenue growth. The ideal candidate will leverage modern sales techniques, communication channels, and promotional strategies to achieve sales targets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
🔹 Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify potential customers and convert leads into long-term clients.
🔹 Sales Growth: Implement trending sales strategies to reduce churn rate and increase revenue.
🔹 Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with the team to launch new products/services using traditional and digital marketing strategies (social media, email, etc.).
🔹 Data Accuracy: Maintain an organized client database for quick access to relevant information.
🔹 Strategic Sales Planning: Work with team members to brainstorm and execute effective sales promotions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ 1–2 years of sales experience (Fresh graduates with strong sales skills are encouraged to apply).
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and management.
✔ Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines.
✔ Customer-first approach to deliver personalized sales pitches.
✔ Proficiency in modern communication tools, email marketing, and presentations.
✔ High school diploma or equivalent.
✔ Male candidates preferred, aged 20–50 years.
