Apparel Group is seeking a Sales Associate to join its dynamic retail team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on delivering excellent customer service, maximizing sales, and upholding the brand image in the store. The ideal candidate will contribute to a high-quality shopping experience by assisting customers, maintaining store standards, and ensuring efficient point-of-sale operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet and assist customers in finding the right products

• Convert window shoppers into buyers through proactive engagement

• Promote the brand’s loyalty program to boost customer retention

• Follow the GUEST model: Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank

• Offer product suggestions and cross-sell items based on customer needs

• Provide information on product features, materials, and care

Grooming / Attitude / Knowledge:

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times

• Be available during peak hours, weekends, and holidays

• Stay updated on product knowledge and store policies

Merchandising:

• Ensure merchandise is displayed as per store visual standards

• Follow VM and stock management guidelines, especially for sale items

• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory updates

• Upsell and cross-sell to meet sales targets

• Keep up with current promotions and product availability

Process:

• Operate POS system for billing and transactions

• Reconcile cash register at shift start and end

• Process payments accurately (cash, cards, vouchers, etc.)

• Issue receipts, refunds, and change as needed

• Follow loss prevention and security protocols

• Restock and re-merchandise sales floor regularly

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Prior experience in a sales role is advantageous

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

• Customer-focused with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
