Job Responsibilities:

Assist sales agents with client inquiries, provide property information, and schedule viewings.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using company systems.

Prepare sales presentations and marketing materials to effectively showcase properties.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and overall company objectives.

Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing contracts and managing documentation.
Skills & Qualifications Required:

Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the real estate sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask efficiently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and within a team.

Good understanding of the Dubai real estate market is highly desirable.

Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are an advantage.
Salary Range: AED 3,500 – 5,000 per month (depending on experience).
