Job Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow our construction and building company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns, identify potential clients, and drive sales. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and strong industry knowledge to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
📌 Identify and target new clients in the construction and building sector.
📌 Conduct market research to track industry trends and customer needs.
📌 Create promotional materials and presentations in collaboration with the sales team.
📌 Manage social media accounts & online marketing campaigns to engage audiences.
📌 Attend industry events and trade shows to generate leads.
📌 Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.
📌 Analyze sales performance data and recommend improvements.
📌 Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
📌 Provide regular reports on marketing activities and sales performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

✅ 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing (construction industry preferred).
✅ Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
✅ Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, and social media management.
✅ Ability to analyze market data and industry trends.
✅ Familiarity with CRM software & marketing automation tools.
✅ Strong problem-solving & time management abilities.
✅ Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
✅ Willingness to travel for client meetings & industry events.
