Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Commission Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team in Dubai. This role offers an excellent opportunity to earn attractive commissions by driving sales of import/export products across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients both locally and internationally to expand the customer base.

Promote and sell a wide range of import/export products, including machinery, raw materials, and consumer goods.

Generate leads through digital platforms, trade exhibitions, and business networks.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions professionally and effectively.

Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and smooth order fulfillment.

Maintain detailed records of sales activities and commission earnings.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to support company growth objectives.

Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Company Secretary, or related field.

1 to 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within import/export or general trading sectors.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with international trade terms (EXW, FOB, CIF) is an advantage.

Ability to work independently with a commission-based compensation model.

Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Basic knowledge of international logistics and export/import documentation is preferred.
