Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Commission Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team in Dubai. This role offers an excellent opportunity to earn attractive commissions by driving sales of import/export products across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients both locally and internationally to expand the customer base.

  • Promote and sell a wide range of import/export products, including machinery, raw materials, and consumer goods.

  • Generate leads through digital platforms, trade exhibitions, and business networks.

  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions professionally and effectively.

  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and smooth order fulfillment.

  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and commission earnings.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to support company growth objectives.

  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Company Secretary, or related field.

  • 1 to 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within import/export or general trading sectors.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with international trade terms (EXW, FOB, CIF) is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently with a commission-based compensation model.

  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

  • Basic knowledge of international logistics and export/import documentation is preferred.
