Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to drive growth in target markets, particularly in the Middle East. This role requires someone with a proven track record in driving sales, managing client relationships, and expanding business opportunities in industrial supply sectors, including automation parts, electromechanical components, HVAC items, and related products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, particularly within the Middle East region.

  • Meet with customers locally and internationally to understand their needs and offer customized product solutions.

  • Drive sales of automation parts, electromechanical components, HVAC items, and related industrial supplies.

  • Generate leads through outbound efforts, follow-ups, and customer visits.

  • Prepare and submit quotations, follow up on offers, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional support and regular communication.

  • Lead and manage sales support staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of orders.

  • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to support pricing strategies and suggest new products.

  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and vendor meetings to promote products and services.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • 3-7 years of sales or business development experience in trading, export, or industrial supply sectors.

  • Proven track record in generating sales and managing B2B customer relationships.

  • In-depth knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and international trading practices.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

  • Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
