A leading firm in the Banking & Financial Services sector in Sharjah is hiring Sales Agents for Credit Card Sales (Telecalling – In-House). This is a full-time, on-site opportunity offering a competitive salary along with performance-based incentives. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound telecalling to promote and sell credit card products

• Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility clearly to customers

• Meet and exceed daily/monthly sales targets and KPIs

• Maintain accurate call logs, customer records, and follow-ups in the CRM system

• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience in credit card sales or telecalling preferred (especially with Indian market exposure)

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to succeed in sales are welcome

• Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Malayalam and Tamil is a strong advantage

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team

• Must be available to relocate to UAE and join immediately
