Tesla is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Advisor to join its City Walk, Dubai location. In this role, you will be a product expert, helping customers discover the benefits of Tesla vehicles while guiding them through the complete sales journey. 💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a product expert on Tesla vehicles and stay updated on the latest technologies and trends.

• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Educate customers on Tesla ownership benefits, including cost savings, environmental impact, and performance.

• Guide customers through the sales process, including financing, trade-ins, and delivery timelines.

• Build trust by addressing customer questions and concerns professionally.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring long-term satisfaction.

• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

• Support the sales and delivery team with flexible collaboration.

• Accurately maintain customer records and sales actions in Tesla’s internal systems.

• Execute administrative duties related to contracts, finance, and documentation.

• Maintain showroom standards, ensuring cleanliness and readiness of vehicles for test drives.

• Participate in lead-generation events and follow up on prospects to convert inquiries into sales.
