Sales Account Manager – IT & Security Solutions

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager who will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and delivering cutting-edge solutions in IT hardware, identity & access products, software, and security solutions across the UAE/GCC markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Team Lead in executing sales strategies, meeting targets, and maximizing profitability.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert guidance, identifying new opportunities, and recommending innovative solutions.
  • Acquire new customers through proactive prospecting, including cold calling and networking.
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and continued growth.
  • Participate in account planning sessions and reviews to enhance customer engagement.
  • Execute daily promotional activities, professionally presenting and detailing company products.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge to deliver high-impact sales presentations.
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitive trends, and report findings to the Team Lead.
  • Maintain and update customer records in Zoho CRM.
  • Represent SmartWorld at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry conferences.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Sales & Account Management – Achieve revenue targets and manage customer accounts effectively.
  • Customer-Centric Approach – Provide tailored solutions and excellent service.
  • Team Collaboration – Work closely with colleagues to enhance sales strategies.
  • Business Development – Identify opportunities for expansion and growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales, marketing, or customer engagement experience in IT hardware, security solutions, or access control products.
  • Strong ability to understand and articulate business challenges and propose tailored solutions.
  • Proven track record of career growth and increased responsibilities.
  • Strong multi-tasking, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience in customer service or operations within the UAE/GCC markets.
