Whizz HR is seeking a Sales Account Manager who will play a critical role in managing existing clients and acquiring new business. The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated team player, focused on delivering exceptional client service and driving company growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Partners Portfolio Management: Effectively manage the assigned portfolio of partners.

  • Partners Acquisition: Actively seek and acquire new partners to expand business.

  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends and competitors.

  • Event Participation: Attend events to network and strengthen business relationships.

  • Partner Support and Interaction: Handle partner inquiries and collaborate with other departments.

  • System Improvement: Suggest and implement process enhancements for operational efficiency.

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal guidelines and company procedures.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to promote business growth.

  • Performance Reporting: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of partnerships and strategies.

  • Travel Requirements: Frequent travel for direct partner development.

Qualifications:

  • BSc Degree in a business-related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in business development roles.

  • Experience within the financial services industry is a plus.

  • Strong oral and written skills in English.

  • Excellent communication, client handling, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously and under pressure in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • High proficiency in computer literacy.
