Emirates Logistics LLC is seeking a Safety Officer to oversee health & safety (H&S) operations within the facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for risk assessment, safety training, compliance monitoring, and enforcing safety policies to maintain a secure working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
⚠️ Safety Supervision: Oversee and coordinate all H&S activities in the facility.
📋 Checklist & Compliance: Maintain and update H&S checklists to ensure workplace safety standards are met.
👷 PPE & Risk Management: Ensure all workers wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and identify potential hazards.
⏳ Discipline & Timeliness: Enforce workplace discipline, monitor break times, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
🚨 Incident Reporting: Record incident & accident reports and implement corrective actions.
🏥 First Aid & Emergency Preparedness: Maintain first aid kits, conduct evacuation drills, and lead emergency response efforts.
🔍 Facility Inspection: Conduct daily safety rounds to identify and mitigate risks within and outside the facility.
📢 Training & Awareness: Conduct safety induction training and periodic H&S awareness programs for staff.
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Education & Certification: Bachelor’s Degree + NEBOSH/IOSH training.
✅ Experience: Mid-Level experience in workplace safety management.
✅ Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, strong communication & presentation skills.
✅ Key Traits: Proactive, energetic, team player, with an eye for risk identification & mitigation.
Salary & Benefits:
💰 Salary: AED 3,500 + Live Out Allowance AED 850 + Food Allowance AED 206.25
