Aasa Middle East Contracting LLC is looking for a Safety Officer to join their construction team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for a passionate and proactive safety professional committed to maintaining workplace safety standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local safety laws, promoting a safety-first culture on site, and supporting the organization’s health and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations.

• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.

• Provide safety training to site personnel and ensure proper use of protective equipment.

• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.

• Maintain safety records and documentation for audits and reporting purposes.

• Collaborate with site supervisors and project managers to enforce safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience working as a Safety Officer in the construction industry.

• Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and legal requirements.

• Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent.

• Strong observation and problem-solving skills.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
