Emirates Logistics LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Officer to supervise and coordinate all Health & Safety (H&S) activities across the facility. The role involves monitoring compliance, conducting inspections, ensuring proper use of PPE, managing safety training, and maintaining records to uphold a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate H&S-related matters within the facility.

Prepare and maintain H&S checklists and monitor compliance.

Ensure all workers use proper PPE and follow safety protocols.

Conduct daily facility rounds to identify hazards and report abnormalities.

Maintain discipline and harmony in coordination with supervisors and management.
-
Assist with periodic safety training, awareness programs, and induction sessions.

Record incidents and accidents accurately.

Inspect, maintain, and keep records of safety equipment and tools.

Manage first aid kits, provide first aid when necessary, and maintain inventory.

Lead emergency evacuation drills and ensure emergency exits are properly maintained.

Monitor high-risk activities and implement waste management and housekeeping systems.

Perform any additional H&S tasks assigned by the department head.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
-
NEBOSH or IOSH certification.
-
Energetic and physically capable.

Strong attention to detail and risk analysis skills.

Excellent people management and disciplinary skills.
-
Self-disciplined and proactive in upholding safety culture.

Good communication, presentation, and MS Office skills.

Team player with dedication to continuous improvement.
Salary & Benefits:

Monthly Salary: AED 3500 + Live-out allowance AED 850 + Food Allowance AED 206.25/- AED

Once in 2 years air ticket to home country
