Emirates Logistics LLC is seeking a proactive Safety Officer to join its Dubai operations. The role involves supervising all health and safety (H&S) aspects across the facility, ensuring compliance, discipline, and the promotion of a safety-first culture. The ideal candidate will be NEBOSH/IOSH certified, energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all Health & Safety (H&S) activities within the facility.

• Maintain and update H&S checklists.

• Ensure staff wear proper PPE and follow safety protocols.

• Conduct daily facility rounds to identify and address hazards.

• Enforce discipline and harmony in coordination with supervisors and management.

• Organize periodic safety training, awareness sessions, and induction programs.

• Record and maintain incident & accident reports.

• Inspect and maintain safety equipment, tools, and first aid kits.

• Provide first aid support to staff as needed.

• Lead emergency evacuation drills and ensure emergency exits are maintained.

• Monitor high-risk activities and enforce safety measures.

• Implement waste management and housekeeping systems to ensure social hygiene.

• Support the department head with any additional tasks.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).

• NEBOSH / IOSH certification.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Excellent MS Office skills.

• Ability to identify risks, enforce discipline, and maintain safety culture.

• Energetic, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.

• Prior experience in safety management within logistics/industrial settings preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: AED 3,500

• Live-out Allowance: AED 850

• Food Allowance: AED 206.25
