This full-time role focuses on ensuring a safe and secure working environment by enforcing health and safety policies, conducting training sessions, and proactively managing occupational risks.

As a Safety Officer, you will be responsible for the implementation of safety protocols, accident investigations, risk assessments, and staff training. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and safety practices, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce workplace health and safety policies and procedures

• Conduct occupational health assessments and site inspections

• Investigate accidents and recommend preventive measures

• Manage site security and emergency preparedness

• Deliver safety training programs and toolbox talks to all site staff

• Maintain accurate records of safety-related incidents and risk evaluations

• Ensure compliance with local and industry safety standards

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety regulations, and practices

• Experience in accident investigation and construction site safety
