CHANEL, a globally renowned luxury fashion and retail brand, is seeking a Safety and Security Intern in Dubai. This 6-month internship offers hands-on experience in supporting daily safety operations, risk management, compliance, and security initiatives across CHANEL’s UAE boutiques. The role is ideal for students or recent graduates passionate about corporate safety, security, and risk management in a luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support

• Support day-to-day safety and security operations across CHANEL boutiques in the UAE.

• Assist with investigations, fact-finding, and security incident reporting.

• Participate in site visits, briefings, and incident response activities.

• Help organize security training sessions and awareness campaigns.

• Contribute to technical security projects for new store locations and special events.

Administrative Support

• Prepare management reports, presentations, and compliance documentation.

• Support vendor coordination and procurement processes.

• Maintain updated safety and regulatory records (Civil Defense certifications, Health Cards, etc.).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Retail, Events, Finance, Store Planning, and other teams.

• Participate in projects requiring multi-departmental collaboration.

Key Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Political Science, Security or Risk Management, Criminology, International Relations, or related field.

• Strong interest in corporate safety, security, or risk management.

• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/French a plus).

• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and high ethical standards.

• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Duration: 6-month internship (full-time, on-site).
