KEO International Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Advisor to support our mega project in Dubai. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the effective operation of our Health & Safety Management System, ensuring full compliance with internal policies and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce safety standards in alignment with KEO’s HSE Management System and client specifications.

• Conduct regular site inspections to assess risks, ensure proper PPE usage, and recommend corrective actions.

• Provide technical HSE support to teams and contractors.

• Monitor construction equipment and worker activities for compliance and safe operation.

• Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and suggest preventive measures.

• Assist in developing site-specific safety policies and procedures.

• Promote a culture of safety through engagement and training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health, Safety & Environmental (or equivalent).

• Minimum 10 years of HSE experience, preferably on large-scale tower or infrastructure projects.

• NEBOSH Diploma is essential.

• Strong knowledge of safety audits, risk assessments, and construction safety protocols.

• Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence safety culture on-site.
